Job Description/Details

Candidate should be Hotel Management graduate from a recognized institute having a minimum experience of 5 years running a large industrial canteen catering to a minimum of 8000 meals per day. Should have knowledge of English and Hindi and have computer skills(windows and excel program). Age group of 30-40 years. Should be conversant with HCCAP certification. Be able to train the staff working under him in HCCAP requirements. Graduate certificate should be endorsed by the local authorities.
